A phone with any browser is enough — there's no app store download. Workers sign in with a one-time code by SMS or email and the clock-in page loads like a website.
What happens when there's load-shedding or no signal?
Clock-actions are saved on the device and shown as PENDING SYNC until the moment goes through to the server. Nothing is guessed and nothing is lost.
Now would you prevent buddy punching?
Clocks are tied to a signed-in person, site geofences limit where a clock-in can happen, and the server records the authoritative time for every action.
Can workers clock in for each other?
No. Each clock belongs to a verified session, and anything that looks unusual is visible to the host and the agency for review — with corrections tracked.
How do timesheets and billing work?
